LA84 to Host 2014 U.S. Olympic Academy
LA84 Foundation President Anita L. DeFrantz and U.S. Olympic Committee CEO Scott Blackmun will lead a program of Olympians, Paralympians, sport administrators, scholars and journalists at the 2014 U.S. Olympic Academy, on April 15. The theme of the invitation-only conference will be athlete development and its relationship to Olympic values. The 2014 U.S. Olympic Academy will be the first gathering of its kind in the U.S. in 23 years. It is the result of a collaboration between the USOC and the LA84 Foundation. The Academy is presented with financial support from Gordon Crawford. The vent will be streamed live at TeamUSA.org/academy
